Fill your dance studio's next term with email that works

Students try a class, love it, then quietly drift. Email is the one that brings them back: welcome sequences, term reminders and win-back flows, all written for you in your studio's voice.

You do not need to be good with computers. Most of my studios aren't. I give you the words and tell you exactly where they go.

Your first month

Four weeks, four things. Your total time in this month is about 60 minutes.

Week 1

You fill in a quiz

10 minutes, about your studio, your term dates and how you talk to students. Then I go away and do the work.

Weeks 2 and 3

I review your email setup

Your platform, how healthy your list is, whether your emails are actually landing, and anything already sending automatically.

Week 3

We talk it through

A 30 minute call. I show you what I found and we agree what gets written first.

Week 4

Your first sequence goes live

Your welcome sequence is written, loaded into your email app and switched on. New enquiries start receiving it that week.

What you'll be holding at the end of week 4

Not a strategy document nobody reads. Three specific things.

1. Your email setup review

Plain English. List health, deliverability, what is already sending, and the gaps, written down before anything new is built.

Email setup review
  • List health Clean
  • Deliverability Passing
  • Currently sending 1 automation
  • ! Gaps to fix 3 found

2. Your welcome sequence, live

Three emails for new enquiries and trial students. Warm welcome, studio story, first booking nudge. Written in your voice, running automatically.

1
Welcome to the studio, here’s what happens next
Sent the minute they enquire
2
What to wear, what to bring, where to park
Day 2
3
Your spot’s waiting, ready to book your first class?
Day 5

3. Your term calendar, mapped

Every re-enrolment send plotted against your actual term dates, so the 6, 3 and 1 week reminders are already scheduled.

Email 1: next term is open
6 weeks before term end
Email 2: spots are filling
3 weeks before term end
Email 3: last week to re-book
1 week before term end
The honest bit

What I need from you

Two things, and neither is technical.

  • 10 minutes on the studio quiz
  • 30 minutes on the call in week 3
  • Then, each month, reading the emails before they go out and telling me if anything does not sound like you. You never have to write one yourself.

Not sure Email is the right one?

If people near you do not know the studio exists yet, that is Found. If you cannot face writing another caption, that is Content.

Questions about Email

Including all the words nobody explains properly.

Which email platforms do you work with?

Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, ConvertKit and Flodesk. If you are using something else, say so on the call, most standard platforms are fine. If you are using nothing at all, your first month covers setting one up for you.

What if I have a tiny list?

A small, engaged list beats a large cold one every time. Even 50 subscribers who have been to your studio is worth emailing properly. The sequences work at any list size, we just calibrate how often they send.

Do I need to write any of the emails myself?

No. I write all of them, based on the review and your first-month session. You read each one before it sends. If you would rather write some yourself, I will edit and structure them instead.

What counts as written in my voice?

Your session and your existing content, your Instagram, your website, any past emails, give me enough to write the way you actually talk. Most studios say the emails sound more like them than they expected. There is always a review window.

How long before I see results?

Welcome sequences start working immediately, every new enquiry gets a better first impression. Win-back sequences usually show results inside the first send cycle, around 30 to 60 days. Newsletter engagement builds over three to six months.

Your next term reminder can be written before you read this again
