About Ciara Philippa
Dance and marketing experience,
smooshed together.
I was the sole marketing department at a growing allied health company - getting paid $120K and doing the work of a full team. Every day: strategy, content, SEO, email, events, design, video, reporting. I know what it looks like when one person carries all of it alone.
I also know pole. I joined as a student, fell into the community, and found the strangest, most specific overlap: a niche deeply misunderstood by mainstream marketing, and deeply underserved by agencies who've never set foot in a studio.
The background
Ten years of hands-on marketing. Now bringing it to the community I love most.
I quit my full-time job to start this venture. Sound familiar?
My marketing career spans digital, content, email, brand strategy, events, and everything in between. I've built campaigns from scratch, managed agency relationships from the client side, and been the person in the room who explains why the Instagram idea won't work.
I've worked in corporate and in small businesses across allied health, fitness, wellness, and home building. I've taken Facebook pages to over 200% follower growth, Instagram pages from 30 followers to over 200, established businesses first ever paid Meta ads and edited website pages back-to-front (and front-to-back).

How I work
Three things that don't change.
Honest before agreeable
I'll tell you when I'm not the best person to help and you should spend your money elsewhere. No upsell for its own sake.
Industry-specific by default
Every recommendation is built around how pole and dance studios actually run - term calendars, community culture, seasonal enrolment. No gym templates.
You own everything
No vendor lock-in, no proprietary tools you can't access, no strategies that only work if you keep paying me. Month to month, always.
"The splits isn't for everybody, and neither is marketing. That's why we stretch. That's why we learn techniques. That's why we ask for help."
